La journée d’hier, le 18 décembre, fut consacrée par
les Nations Unies comme Journée internationale des migrants, afin de commémorer l’adoption, en
1990, de la Convention internationale sur la protection des droits de tous les travailleurs migrants et
des membres de leurs familles. A cette occasion l’ASTI (Association de soutien aux travailleurs immigrés)
nous prie de publier lecommuniqué suivant.

We are happy to tell you the story of 1001 recycled computers!

With Digital Inclusion’s dedicated team of volunteers from all corners of the globe, we repaired and distributed over 1000 computers and laptops for people in need!

We continue to work towards a digitally inclusive Luxembourg that is increasingly aware of the electronic waste and the necessity to recycle.

To those who are still waiting to get a computer: we stay committed to our mission and will continue to distribute computers as long as there are people in need!

And now for something completely different:
Donate your laptops, computers, smartphones, tablets, TV and other electronics to us! This way you improve your ecological footprint and become a part of our mission to make Luxembourg completely digitally inclusive! Combined with our training programs, we transform your device into a tool of social inclusion, empowerment, education, communication and digital autonomy!

Immer mehr Gemeinden haben in den vergangenen Jahren die Wichtigkeit der Bereitstellung von sozialen Strukturen erkannt. Ganz besonders hervor tut sich in dieser Hinsicht jedoch die Gemeinde Tandel, die gleich fünf solcher Einrichtungen zur Verfügung stellt.

Nachdem die Rückführung eines zwölfjährigen Jungen und seiner Mutter nach Georgien jüngst in den sozialen Medien für emotionsgeladene Debatten gesorgt hatte, zeigte gestern nun die Schulgemeinschaft des Diekircher „Lycée classique“ Solidarität mit Youssef L’Emir.

Quand un réfugié vit chez un résident

Lancée à l’automne 2016, OH! Open  Home – Oppent Haus accompagne les résidents prêts à héberger un réfugié chez eux.

Samedi, à Hariko, à Luxembourg, lors du premier anniversaire de l’initiative citoyenne, réfugiés et résidents qui vivent ensemble ont évoqué leur «enrichissement commun».
En un an, l’initiative citoyenne a permis à 62 réfugiés d’être logés chez des résidents. «Un expérience enrichissante» pour tous.
